Was my boyfriend cheating online or was I out of hand?

Well I don't know if anyone has heard of a site called stickam.com but its like myspace and you can use your web cams(you can be 14 to make an account so it's not a porn site lol) but I told my boyfriend I was going to bed and about an hour later I woke up went on stickam and was about to enter someones live chat and then seen him in there and just watched the chat but didn't enter. He said he wanted to see this guys abs and how hot this guy was and he wanted to see hot pictures then he didn't say an thing for a while the he left. After he left I entered and asked the chat host if my boyfriend private messaged him and he said yes, I asked what my boyfriend said and he said he wanted to trade pics, but the chat host says he doesn't trade nudes and then left. I WAS FURIOUS, i texted my boyfriend and he just denied it, he said '; I meant shirtless pics, i would never hurt you baby you know that'; Yet the chat host had shirtless pictures all over his page and in his pictures. When our relationship wasn't serious in the beginning I did something like this and told my boyfriend, he forgave me and said never to do it again and I havent, but then he does something like this? also he never lets me see his phone and I found nudes of a guy in his pics once when he went out. Anyway i broke up with him and i he couldnt deal with that so i said ill eb friends with you but thats it. But did he really cheat, am i too overprotective or what, someone please give me advice.Was my boyfriend cheating online or was I out of hand?
ugh. well i am like this too, i think its a little of both, remeber hes his own person, and needs certan things, ask him if he is unhappy with the relationship, and then just talk, it should resolve the conflict.
